LAcon V offers a variety of different options for attendance in, and participation in, the 84th World Science Fiction Convention.  Our options are as follows:

Single-Day Admission is able to be purchased on this form, to attend on an individual day of the convention. Prices are set by age brackets described below, depending on the day(s) you wish to attend, and options also include a special "weekend package" for those who wish to attend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  You may purchase single-day admission for non-consecutive days, though you will only be granted access for the days purchased.  Note that admission purchased on this page does NOT include a WSFS Membership or voting rights (for site selection, Hugo Award voting, etc.); these are only granted by full weekend membership.

Please note: children under 6 are admitted free, but must be registered through this process if you are bringing them!

The following items may only be purchased at our Full Weekend Membership registration page:

  • Full Weekend Memberships allow you to attend all onsite events for the full convention period. This membership includes both the WSFS Membership and an Attending Supplement. 
  • Online Membership allows you to attend any offered online programming only. This membership includes a WSFS Membership and an Online Supplement.
  • WSFS-Only Membership is all that is required to become a member of LA con V.  This membership gives you WSFS rights, but does not include the right to participate in any convention activities.

LAcon V registration is non-refundable.  Purchase Protection is not available for single-day admission.

Registration Options

  • Adults ages 25 and up at the time of the event.

  • Young adults ages 18-24 at the time of the event.

  • Teens ages 13-17 at the time of the event.

  • Children ages 6-12 at the time of the event.

  • Ages up to 5 years of age at the time of the event. Only allowed with the purchase of an Adult Registration (please do not select this as the first registration on your record). All children, no matter the age, MUST be registered through this process.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing your Membership(s) for LAcon V, you consent to abide by all rules and regulations as noted at Convention Policies

Furthermore, you acknowledge your understanding and consent to the following:

LAcon V does NOT issue refunds to customers directly for any reason.

Only the Attending or Online Supplement portions of a membership can be transferred to different parties. All transfers must be process through [email protected] .

LAcon V will follow California, Orange County and City of Anaheim's recommendations for public health, as well as our own counsel, on the best way to manage event safety; these MAY include testing or other requirements, including the use of face masks, entirely at our discretion. We will make a determination near the time of the convention as to whether any public health accommodations are required; compliance with our event's posted requirements is the responsibility of every ticket holder/attendee, and your disagreement with these requirements is NOT grounds for any refund.
